Efficacy and Effects:

Treatment of influenza A or B virus infection in adults and children 2 years of age and older (administration should be started within 48 hours of the onset of initial symptoms of influenza infection)

Recommend to use:

Premixed preparations are used only when they can replace the corresponding dosage among adults, children aged 2 years or older, and patients with renal dysfunction, and are administered in single-use bottles. Do not divide or dilute the preparations for use.

- Audlts

Peramivir is administered as a single intravenous infusion of 300 mg over 15 minutes.

- Children 2 years of age and older

Peramivir is administered as a single intravenous infusion at a dose of 10 mg/kg over 15 minutes. The maximum single dose is 600 mg.

Precaution for use:

1. It is recommended that this medication be administered as soon as possible after the onset of symptoms.

2. Administer only under the direction and supervision of an experienced physician.

3. Do not split of dilute the medication

4. Do not mix with other medications.

5. Discard any unused injection.
